Who is responsible
Archè SELARL, 57 Quai de Grenelle, 75015 Paris, France, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: paris@archelegal.com.
What we collect
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. We only receive personal data when you write to us: your full name, position, company, the topic and object of your enquiry, and the email address you write from. The contact form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email app with your enquiry written in, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email to paris@archelegal.com.
Why and on what basis
We use these details to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to carry out our engagement. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for the periods required by law and professional rules.
Confidentiality
Lawyers are bound by professional secrecy. Please do not send confidential documents through the contact form.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by writing to paris@archelegal.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Hosting
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). GitHub may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
